The company was incorporated in the name and style of Raymed Labs Private Limited in the year 1992 and later converted into a public limited company on 6th December 1993.
Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to its current name, i.e. Raymed Labs Limited. The Company was into the manufacturing of medicines and chemicals, Company in order to have organic growth, had created an infrastructure for Manufacturing and Marketing.
The company is presently listed on BSE Ltd.
